2017 Symphony-Pet Nat

This hybrid grape of Grenache Gris and Muscat was originally created in 1948 by  Professor Olmo at UC Davis, making it a fairly new grape in the vitilculture world. This combination creates a softly sweet wine with a floral melody and hints of melon, pear, and rose petal. A fun and light hearted wine that is both flirty and sassy, and with a touch of naturally sparkling tones.
